It is well and truly winter now! The flanny sheets are being rolled out, the slippers are being tugged on and scarf season is finally back!
As always a little shopping helps warm me up (which is probs just from continually dodging the questions and fury from the hubs when he checks the creditcard statement!)
Here are some of our winter faves this year.
Country Road Contrast Bind Cape $249. This gorgeous piece can be thrown over jeans for the school pick up and with black pants to take me to the office. I love the versatility (and warmth!) Continue reading
Winter is here and mother nature is PMSing something chronic!
So, like any reasonable 30-something I decided to warm myself with some online shopping.
Here are our newest loves:
The Marc Jacobs from David Jones – Spliced Jerrie Rose Scarf – $195 is pure style, I love to wear this with jeans during the day and it slides perfectly into these cold winter nights.
The Forever New – Lilliana Sleeveless Waterfall Jacket – $169 is what dreams are made of, warm, classy and timeless.
Since discovering the Trilogy Products – Certified Organic Rosehip Oil $35.95 my skin has never been better. Winter is horrendous on your skin and just a couple of tiny drops of this magic will make you smile for days.
How great is it that comfort finally looks cool? I am totally lusting over these Country Road – Kiera Suede Flatform shoes – $119
The Girl On The Train by Paula Hawkins $32 is my latest book. I have just started, but already it is pulling me in. I will let you know how it goes!
If you love yourself at all you will head over and check out the Cocobel Body Food – Lip Balm. Talk about lush!
So what’s keeping you warm this winter?
Stay warm beautiful Nesters x
So there is one look in particular which we are REALLY diggin’ heading into the cooler months.
You should not look any further than puffer vests for your little birdies.
What we love is that our little bambinis can be warm, but still wear some of their summer clothes (ie THAT favourite pink and gold sparkle number!)
Cotton On are killin’ it this year for vest selection. You can buy online or instore. Get there.
or for the little men:
Happy vest days Nesters x

One of my favourite things about the cooler months is the excuse to escape inside with my closest girlfriends for a long brunch, too much coffee and some excellent food.

Happy brunching Nesters!
