A little while ago on the blog I showed my love for a beautiful little business called TinkeredBy and I am still as much in love. This business is absolutely wonderful, not only offering sensational and fabulous pieces but also helping people.

Run by creative sister duo, Kate Boston and Rachael Steadman TinkeredBy is more than just a shop, it is a movement.

Nesters, there is no doubting my deep love of brilliant Australian females doing great things and I have found a beaut pair of sisters that are doing it for themselves!

Rachael Steadman and Kate Boston are two sisters who live entirely contrasting lives on completely different sides of the globe. One lives in remote Western Australian and the other in Kenya’s Masai Mara game reserve. These two ladies have single-handedly created a social impact brand that sources gorgeous, quality handmade jewellery and accessories from Artisians in East Africa and brings them to Australia.

We love the beauty of these Ivory Coast Pendant Necklaces.

What I think sets them apart is the solid nod the girls give to traditional craftsmanship and the real stories behind each incredibly different piece they sell.
