{Do this} Bend it with Benefit

The closest thing I know to yoga is crouching cider hidden tim-tam but this week I am going to give it a go.

The gorgeous Liz from Studio Benefit has finally talked me into it and I am pretty excited.

To say I am nervous is an understatement. I am concerned that my downward dog will be more battered sav and my lotus will be hopeless, but hey what’s the harm in trying right?!

If you are free Thursday at 10am come along and give the mums n bubs class a try! The first class is complementary.

You can find Studio Benefit at 234 Lambert Street, Bathurst and you can find more information on their Facebook page -> Studio Benefit

{Love birds} Love is.. Rachael & Mitchell

‘What is a soulmate? Well, it’s like a best friend, but more. It’s the one person in the world that knows you better than anyone else. It’s someone who makes you a better person, well, actually they don’t make you a better person… you do that yourself– because they inspire you. A soulmate is someone who you carry with you forever. It’s the one person who knew you, and accepted you, and believed in you before anyone else did or when no one else would. And no matter what happens.. you’ll always love them’. – Dawson’s Creek

couple

It is with the most heartfelt truth that I say I have never seen two people more in love than the beautiful Mr & Mrs Thurn. They are young, beautiful and genuinely the most beautiful of souls intertwined together forever. It was an absolute privilege to be invited to share this beautiful day with this fantastic couple.

Special moments: Rachael gave the photographer a love note to give to Mitchell just before the ceremony because when we dated in year 7 that’s basically all our relationship consisted of – love letters

Another incredibly special moment was when Mitchell organised dry ice on the dance floor which made it feel and look like we were on a cloud. This was nice because they wanted an outdoor dance floor but the weather didn’t permit. It was a moment no one will forget.
