We have some pretty hard girl crushes. These are the types of ladies that stamp their style on the world. They are the type of people that will always be remembered and little girls grow up wanting to be. They are women of substance. Women that make the world a better place. Happy Girl Crush Tuesday everybody.Today’s girl crush is on the brilliant Julie Bishop.

Whether you support liberal, labor, greens or other I believe you would be hard-pressed not to respect Julie Bishop.

She always holds herself with confidence, is aware of her words and rarely puts a foot wrong.

She is a very powerful Australian woman, who shows all little girls that women can make a difference.

Julie was sworn in as Australia’s first female Foreign Minister on 18 September 2013. She has a law degree and was a practising solicitor prior to her entry into politics. She is now the deputy leader of the Liberal Party.

Thank you Julie for displaying real girl power in a very male driven industry, I imagine there are plenty of little ladies around the country who will aspire to be like you one day.
