|CHRISTMAS PRIZEAPOLOOZA 2019 | A healthier You in 2020

There’s nothing better than starting a new year on the right foot and thanks exactly what Heather MacCabe from Bathurst Navigate Personal Training can do! You need to go and check out Heather’s Facebook Page – Heather’s Fitness Story now!

Heather offers ZUU group fitness classes and personal training.

The thing that sets her apart from the rest is that she knows how it feels to be unhappy with herself and her weight. Heather says she had stomach separation after having her children together with thyroid health issues and so she knows firsthand just how hard it is to get yourself healthy, fix issues and lose weight in a safe way. She also says she knows the emotional impact that carrying extra weight and feeling unhealthy can do to a person.

Heather’s Fitness Story celebrates all types of bodies and understands that not everyone needs to a size 8 to be healthy. Being healthy is about so much more than how much you weigh.

Heather’s classes use body weight and puts a strong focus on people first, there’s no room for egos. She creates a positive environment that brings out the best in her clients.

ZUU is high intensity, low impact and each move can be suited to each individual. Everyone does the same workout, but at their own individual level.

One of the best things about training with Heather is that she doesn’t just stand there and bark orders, she works out with you. She’s deep in trenches pushing through the workout with you.

Heather is also super family friendly and your kids can go to all the classes and either participate or play on stage at the hall or outside while mum and dad work out!

| CHRISTMAS PRIZEAPOLOOZA 2019 | Be at the Greens on William these holidays

Finding a good, functional, friendly place to have a few drinks can be tricky. You want somewhere relaxed, but a place where your guests feel comfortable and ready for a good time. That’s exactly what you get at The Greens on William.

The Greens on William (formally the Bathurst City Community Club) has been operating for 8 years. Over those years they have built the business up by introducing a large variety of services that are targeted towards the community. In its first year, the club was originally run by Volunteers but as the business grew the need for paid staff was required. They have also successfully obtained government grants which have allowed them to slowly upgrade the club including the latest spectacular renovation to the Great Room!

The Greens on William is a function & events centre. There are lawn bowls (both social & competitive) as well as themed kids parties and themed hens parties. There are also thrift shop markets and many other events!

The Greens on William is managed by the incredibly approachable Rebecca Mathie and she will ensure that your function or event is absolutely perfect.

One the greatest aspects of The Greens on William is their committment to the community by offering The Little Pantry which is a food bank service.

The Greens on William is and always has been a club for the community. They are passionate about supporting small and local businesses. They have no gaming on site so the entire place is a family friendly venue. They take take pride in everything they do and are very passionate about turning their client’s visions into reality.

They also stay on top of current issues and trends to provide exhibitions, seminars, live screenings and workshops that can provide members of the community with new experiences and knowledge.

{Christmas Prizeapolooza 2018} Turn the tables this Christmas

I am one of those people who is creatively challenged. Don’t get me wrong I like all the arts and craft I am just horrible at it! Now, the same CANNOT be said for Louise Blencowe!

The owner of Turning Tables Louise has this incredibly amazing ability to create and restore items to their former glory.

What started about three years ago when Louise was creating some pieces for her own home has quickly turned into a beautiful little business.

Turning Tables transforms furniture and furnishings, by restoring, painting and repurposing in order to bring them back to life. Louise even does custom pieces and items on commission.

I think what is lovely is that Turning Tables started from Louise’s love for practical hands on work and artistic creativity and after encouragement from her family and friends turned into a business!

Louise will happily help create that something super special for your home. She is flexible with techniques and different styles so can find that perfect something that is different from what anyone else has!

{Christmas Prizeapolooza 2017} Christmas memories with Aimee

So as we sit here at the end of another year, time just seems to be escaping quicker then ever before. It reminds me just how important capturing these moments are. 20882822_1672219762830483_8347622416954975669_n

That’s where my gorgeous friend Aimee Cook steps in.

Aimee Cook Photography is located in Bathurst and is one of the leading family and newborn photographers in the area. What I love most about Aimee is that she isn’t afraid to get down on your little one’s level to make them laugh, she is a perfectionist so won’t stop until she has that perfect photo. 24899795_1776993229019802_2244478129892666559_n

The best thing about Aimee is that she has this innate ability to capture the in-between moments. You won’t end up with a bunch of staged photos she instead celebrates the giggles and tickles, and quiet, less obvious love.

Offering everything from outdoor family photo shoots to small intimate moments being captured in her purpose-built studio she can provide your family with the most precious gift of all, eternal memories. 23755623_1757379614314497_3329679038137059139_n
