We love local. We love fresh. We love good, seasonal produce.

The fabulous team at Goodness for Life have put together a fantastic, quick reference list for March seasonal produce. whats in season

The best thing about eating seasonal fruit and vegies are that they are not only deliciously fresh but cost less, and some of them you can even grow at home!

Happy health and cooking Nesters!

{The Central Nest} So, this little birdy went to radio

Recently I was contacted by the delightful Kia Handley from ABC Central West. abc radio

Not only is she completely lovely, but she let me have a microphone and some serious airtime. Woo!

I was lucky enough to be featured on her recent program ‘For the Love of Celebrating all different types of Love’ and had a chat about this lil ol’ blog, my love of writing and love of regional NSW.

You can listen to my ramblings here ->

Thank you to Kia for giving me an opportunity to share the love!

Happy listening Nesters x
