This is a fantastic local business that you really need to know about! Jess Does Dots is owned and operated by the incredibly talented Jess Sandford (Channon) and is located in Orange.
Jess Does Dots creates original art (framed and on canvas), hand painted earrings, hand painted Christmas decorations and canvas print bags.
The thing that sets Jess apart is that her masterpieces are handcreated with love and talent and some of her paintings can take weeks to finish! The time she spends on these creations are not reflected in her price but you can tell when you recieve one of her items just how much time and love has gone into it.
This business began after one of Jess’ friends make the suggestion for Jess to have an outlet. Jess suffered severe postnatal depression and anxiety and her friend (who was a nurse) suggested it could help her cope. Jess had obtained a top mark in the NSW HSC Art body of work and finally had a reason to switch off from everyday life and focus on her creative side.
You feel the heart in everyone of Jess’ creations.
Jess Does Dots is offering one very lucky nesters an excellent prize pack this year that includes a canvas bag, 4 hand painted cards, 4 handpainted christmas tree decorations and a hand painted pair of earrings! I SO want this one for myself!

I literally cannot draw. Like I can scribble but when my DNA was being formed they forgot to add the little splash of creativity or art ability. That is the COMPLETE opposite of the gorgeous Tracey Mackie Artist. She is clever and smart and talented. She takes inspiration from the everyday and transforms it into masterpieces.
There is no secret I love local, but I especially love local when it is better than anyone else. Tracey Mackie Artist is beyond better, she is simply the best.
So many of my friends want a ‘gossip girls’ or ‘sugar lips’ to take pride of place in their home and for bloody good reason. Tracey Mackie Artist offers fresh, contemporary creations that scream love and entertainment.
Tracey Mackie Artist can help you with personalised art or with that last minute present. Make sure you contact Tracey today:
Maybe one day, Confucius say: Hell hath no fury like a toddler who catches you disposing of their artwork.
The little people with their mighty egos often believe that each and everyone of their artworks is capable of competing with the Mona Lisa or The Birth Of Venus however when you find yourself submerged with the 76th-hundred drawing of a stick for the day it is hard to remember that each artwork often has it’s own story and that there is often a reason behind their ‘creative genius’.
One day the little birdies will no longer create simply for the fun of it, nor will they honestly believe that each one is the finest one ever created, so take the time, ask the questions and explore the magic of your little one’s mind.

It is pretty and special and delightful. Best of all it is guaranteed to make you smile.
Amy is a graphic designer who loves all things gorgeous and actually creates (and shares for completely un-co design peeps like me) free printables to make your stuff look good. It is great to see someone so clever, doing so well.
