{Christmas Prizeapolooza 2017} A Smallprint on Christmas

There is something special about being able to remember just how small your little people were and just how much love you have for them. The gorgeous Jess from Smallprint Central West can help you do just that!

Smallprint Central West is a small business that provides handcrafted fine silver jewellery that captures your loved ones finger, hand or foot prints. They can also capture your loved one’s artwork or handwriting! 15241249_1151306551663117_7734549388064542575_n

What is remarkable is the story behind Smallprint Central West. The business was started back in 2012 shortly after Jess’ son passed away.  She says she had her son Tyler’s prints taken while he was in palliative care in Sydney and once she returned back home realised there was no one in the area who could help turn his prints into a permanent reminder. So, Smallprint Central West was started. Jess says the business gave her a reason to get out of bed each morning and something to concentrate on during her grief.

That’s the part that makes Smallprint Central West so special, it literally comes from a place of knowing. It’s knowing that you want to cherish those memories, it’s knowing you need to remember the size of the fingerprint. It’s the knowing that she can create a keepsake that will keep families feeling closer to someone who passed too soon.

Smallprint Central West travels and can be around in those times of grief. Jess says she can been welcomed into homes at times when the world around them is crumbling. Whether a baby was born sleeping, a child lost to SIDS or capturing an elderly person’s fingerprints before it’s too late. 24899865_1491935704266865_1516579497655757499_n

Smallprint Central West also stocks a special print taking kit that can be posted to funeral homes so that a family can capture a print and order when they are ready to do so.

When you support Smallprint Central West you are literally helping to support someone’s family. Jess says she is often handcrafting new pieces at 5am while her children are still sleeping!

Each piece is hand made by Jess. She doesn’t send them away to be a made in a factory, they are made in her home. The fingerprint range is actually printed directly into silver which not only captures maximum detail but also means your loved one actually touches your pendant.

Smallprint Central West also recognises that sometimes life can be really tough so they offer a one month layby on every order.

Make sure you capture your loved one today:
