We have some pretty hard girl crushes. These are the types of ladies that stamp their style on the world. They are the type of people that will always be remembered and little girls grow up wanting to be. They are women of substance. Women that make the world a better place. Today we salute the delightful Miranda Tapsell.

Miranda is an actress of both stage and screen but you probably know her from the rockin’ show Love Child or the brilliant movie, The Sapphires.

She has solidly been building a career and working hard.

Miranda knows her roots and is respectful to them. She is an indigenous Australian and spends a lot of her time campaigning for equality. She even used her speech after being awarded Most Popular New Talent and Most Outstanding Newcomer at the Australia Television Industry Awards to make a call for more Indigenous stories to be showcased on Australian Television.

Thanks for being an absolute star and role model for our little girls to aspire to be.
