We have some pretty hard girl crushes. These are the types of ladies that stamp their style on the world. They are the type of people that will always be remembered and little girls grow up wanting to be. They are women of substance. Women that make the world a better place.

She is a girl next door who everyone can imagine inviting over for a barbecue but on the same token she is a fiercely smart business woman who led the rise of a new magazine empire when she first edited Dolly, then headed Cleo. In fact, Lisa guided Cleo to such heights that it became the number one selling women’s lifestyle magazine per capita in the world. Simply extraordinary.

She is a journalist, motivational speaker, Today Show host, and media personality. More than that though, she is a wife, mother and friend.

Lisa is the type of lady who little girls everywhere can idolise, she shows that power, intellect and strength really are the most important things to becoming a beautiful person.
